Music Video of the Day: "We Are The People" - Empire of the Sun

"We Are The People"

Dia de los Muertos has a glam rock acid flashback...

Yes please!

We can remember swimming in December.
Heading for the city lights in 1975.
We share in each other.
Nearer than farther.
The scent of a lemon drips from your eyes.
We are the people that rule the world.
A force running in every boy and girl.
All rejoicing in the world.
Take me now - We can try.
We lived an adventure
Love in the Summer.
Followed the sun till night
Reminiscing other times of life.
For each every other
The feeling was stronger.
The shock hit eleven - Got lost in your eyes.

I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me. But I know I try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now.

I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me. But I know I try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now.

Can you remember and humanize.
It was still where we'd energized.
Lie in the sand and visualize like it's 75 again.
We are the people that rule the world.
A force running in every boy and girl.
All rejoicing in the world.
Take me now - We can try.
I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me. But I know I try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now.
I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me. But I know I try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now.

I know everything about you.
Know everything about me.
Know everything about us.
(x2)

I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me. But I know I try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now.
I can't do well when I think you're gonna leave me. But I know I try.
Are you gonna leave me now.
Can't you be believing now

Song of the Night: "Leonora" - Hercules & Love Affair

"Leonora"

Leonora you are missed by the sun
I miss you too
So when the moon is done
Speak to me baby
Help me see the light
That light that you know so well
You soldier of the night

Come out and play (and play)
Come out and play (and play)
Kiss me on this day (kiss me)
Kiss me on this day (kiss me)

You gave me 77 reasons to love you that night
In you I saw your fire
In you I saw your fight
I love the way you walk
And that you take it slow
I want that patience, too
I need to learn it so

Come out and play (and play)
Come out and play (and play)
Kiss me on this day (kiss me)
Kiss me on this day (kiss me)

She speaks to me
The moon sings her song
She speaks to me
The moon speaks her song
